The Heyday Dungarees pattern combines comfort with a funky sense of style.

This is a relaxed fit dungaree/overall. It has tie straps (using either buttonholes or loops - your choice!), which don’t need undoing to take the garment on and off! Plus, there are FIVE pockets, perfect for hiding toys and tissues.

They are designed to be long and worn rolled at the ankle, but would also look great as shorts.

It is designed for medium-weight, soft, woven fabrics such as corduroy, denim, linen and twill.

An overlocker/serger will create the neatest finish, but all options can be made using a regular sewing machine. This is an intermediate-level pattern. The actual construction of the dungarees is very simple, but you need to be comfortable sewing through multiple layers of thick fabric.
