Returns & Refund Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the email address and delivery address provided at checkout are accurate and complete. We cannot be held responsible for orders that are undelivered, lost, or inaccessible due to incorrect or invalid details. In such cases, refunds or replacements will not be issued.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Digital PDF patterns
  • Custom products (such as special orders or personalised items)
  • Personal care goods (such as beauty products)
  • Sale items

Due to the nature of digital products, all digital pattern purchases are final. Once a file has been delivered or accessed, it cannot be returned or refunded.

Customers must ensure their email address is correct at the time of purchase. If an incorrect or invalid email address is provided and delivery fails, refunds or replacements will not be issued.

If you experience genuine technical issues, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have (if eligible), and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We do not offer direct exchanges.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved.

If approved, refunds will be issued via store gift card only.

We do not offer refunds to the original payment method.

Please note it may take some time for your gift card to be issued after approval. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at info@sewingwithpride.com.


Fraud Prevention & Order Verification

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order where we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity, including (but not limited to) invalid contact details or suspicious transaction patterns.
